[Cutaneous lymphoma associated with methotrexate in a patient with rheumatoid arthritis].

چکیده
La artritis reumatoide (AR) se asocia a un mayor riesgo del desarrollo de linfomas, de 1,9-6,7 veces mayor que la población general1. El metotrexato (MTX), es un fármaco antirreumático modificador de la enfermedad, usado en el tratamiento de la AR y de otras patologías reumáticas. Los efectos adversos graves poco frecuentes asociados al tratamiento con MTX, son la neumonitis intersticial, aplasia medular severa, y la enfermedad linfoproliferativa. Se han descrito varios casos de linfoma no hodgkiniano de células B asociado a tratamiento con MTX en pacientes con AR2,3.
